Contact us

Tell us the phone number you registered with, so we can find your account. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Signing in

  • Tap the personal link in your Bodhi.Yoga WhatsApp chat — it opens your portal, no password needed.
  • Lost the link? On bodhi.yoga/welcome, enter your WhatsApp number and we’ll send a new one.
  • No WhatsApp handy? Add an email in Profile → Sign in with email, then sign in on the welcome page with a 6-digit code sent to it.
  • Affiliates sign in at bodhi.yoga/affiliate/login the same ways.

Joining a class

  • Open the portal or app and tap Join today’s class at your batch time. Classes stream live on YouTube.
  • The Classes tab shows your schedule. If a class link says it has expired, open today’s link from the portal.
  • If the video doesn’t start, check your internet connection and update the YouTube app.

Reminders and notifications

  • Choose which reminders you get in Profile.
  • Not getting app notifications? Make sure they’re allowed for Bodhi.Yoga in your phone’s settings.
  • To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP in our WhatsApp chat.

The app

  • If you see “You’re offline”, check your connection and tap Try again.
  • If something looks wrong, close the app fully and open it again, or update it from the App Store or Google Play.

Your certificate

Attend at least 12 of the 14 days of the challenge and your certificate appears on the home page from Day 14. Tap Download PDF to save it, or Share to post it. If your name on it needs correcting, message us.
